A 6-week transformational LIVE program for hardworking professionals like you—who are tired of feeling invisible and ready to lead and communicate in a way that feels powerful and authentic.
This program isn’t about making you more skilled. It’s about helping you be seen for what you already bring. You're ready to make an impact.
Build credibility and visibility by articulating your contribution with clarity, confidence, and ownership — without overselling or bragging.
Learn how to communicate with awareness, build rapport and nurture work relationships beyond tasks — so you’re not just known for what you do, but who you are and how you show up.
The way you see yourself determines how others treat you. When you hold yourself as an equal - you can show up with confidence.
This isn’t a pre-recorded course you’ll forget to finish.
Each week, we’ll meet live on Zoom for 90 minutes—in an intimate, supportive setting with other hardworking professionals who get it.
I’ll be right there with you, teaching live, sharing real examples, and guiding you through powerful practice exercises like scenario-based role plays and communication drills you can immediately apply at work.
You’ll get direct coaching from me and have a space to practice, grow, and connect—not just with me, but with a community of like-minded professionals who are also ready to stop playing small and start leading with purpose.
You won’t just sit and listen—you’ll speak, lead, and grow in real time, with support.
What are the results? After joining this program, you will be able to:
✅ Speak with clarity and confidence in meetings—no more second-guessing what to say or when to say it. You’ll know how to speak up confidently and have your ideas and opinions heard and respected by your peers.
✅ Shift how your boss and team see you—from quiet do-er to a strong, strategic thinker who’s ready for the next level.
✅ Stop being overlooked for promotions by learning how to communicate your value without ever feeling like you’re bragging.
✅ Feel comfortable owning your voice—even in high-stakes conversations with senior leaders or peers who usually dominate the room.
✅ Know how to articulate your ideas powerfully so they land with impact and influence, instead of getting passed over.
✅ Build authentic relationships and career-boosting connections—without small talk that feels fake or forced.
✅ Present yourself as a calm, grounded, and respected leader—even before you have the title.
✅ Gain confidence in your body language, tone, and energy so that your presence matches the expertise you already have.
✅ Let go of the fear of being “too much” or “too nice” and finally own your space in the room.
✅ Walk away with a repeatable communication framework you can use again and again—in 1:1s, presentations, interviews, and beyond.
I know what it’s like to be the one who works hard, stays late, and consistently performs—but feel invisible amongst your peers.
Like many “good” students who studied hard in school, I followed a career path that felt safe and respectable. I started as an accountant at a Big Four firm—not because I loved it, but because I thought it was what I was supposed to do to become successful.
After quickly realizing it wasn’t the career for me, I pivoted into recruitment. And as a recruiter for other corporate professionals, I started to thrive. I was naturally good at building relationships, understanding people, and spotting potential.
Even as a top performer, I often downplayed my achievements in front of my co-workers. I didn't want want to seem like a "show off" or appear arrogant at work.
Even though I was born in North America, my immigrant parents taught me to work hard, stay quiet, be humble, and let my work speak for itself. I didn't want others to judge or criticize me, so staying out of the spotlight helped me feel "safe".
But deep down, I knew I had more to offer. I wanted to make a bigger impact.
In 2016, I took a leap of faith and started my own career coaching business because I saw so many brilliant professionals who struggled to communicate their value. They weren’t landing job offers—not because they weren’t capable, but because they didn’t know how to speak about themselves in a confident way.
I knew I could help them change that. So I made it my mission to teach others how to communicate and sell themselves, to land the roles they truly deserved.
As a career coach, I’ve helped thousands of professionals land incredible job offers over these last 9 years.
But recently, I’ve noticed a shift. Some of my former clients returned to me for help—not because they needed a new job, but because something in them had changed.
They now felt stuck. Frustrated. Lost. Uncertain. Questioning themselves. Wondering why, even though they had the job, they still didn’t feel good.
That’s when I realized something important: It’s not just about getting the job. It’s about how you show up every day once you’re in it.
Because even the most talented professionals—especially ambitious, high achievers—were never taught how to:
• Speak with confidence in high-stakes conversations
• Share their ideas without second-guessing
• Lead with presence and be seen as a strategic leader
Instead, they quietly deliver results, hoping their hard work will speak for itself.
But in today’s world—it doesn’t.
That’s why I created Quiet to Confident.
A transformational program for high-achieving, introverted professionals who are ready to stop shrinking… and start leading.
This isn’t about being louder or pretending to be someone you’re not.
It’s about tapping into the leader within you—the one who can communicate with clarity, lead with intention, and carry an influential presence in every room. It’s about making an impact and growing your career in the process.
I’ve walked this path. I’ve gone through my own journey of finding my voice, owning my presence, and trusting in the value I bring.
Now, my mission is to help others do the same.
Because when you shift how you see yourself…You change how the world sees you, too.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is the course entirely live? How do I interact with Linda during this program?
Each weekly session is live with Linda offering specific guidance and lessons while engaging in group discussions to work through the curriculum. Each session will be an intimate group setting with the same group each week; so you will be working closely with Linda and building upon the discussions you had in prior weeks as the program progresses.
Each week will also involve the use of 'breakout rooms' to perform scenario and role-playing exercises on the topic of that week. I'll take part in those breakouts to offer more direct guidance and support the discussion.
What time are the calls? Does my location matter?
Anyone can join the program regardless of where you are via Zoom. You will receive the invite link as you enrol and reminders will be sent before each class starts.
The class dates and times are as follows:
Starts June 9th at 8pm EDT / 5pm PDT
Each class is live, 90 minutes, on Zoom.
What happens if I can't join the session one week?
The sessions are recorded so you can still watch even if you miss one week! Joining live is still encouraged so you can participate in the discussion, but even if you miss a week or two you can still ask Linda questions in the private Discord community.
How long is each weekly session?
Each session is scheduled for 90 minutes. It's possible the discussions may run long and some weeks could exceed the 90 minutes, but I'll try my best to ensure we're only doing that when the discussion we're having is critical and important to address.
What happens when I join? Is the material available right away?
Once you join you'll be able to access the program and join the private Discord, but the content for each week will be shared during the weekly classes.
You will have some 'homework' between each weekly class, but you'll learn about that as we progress through each week.
How does the private Discord community work?
Once you've joined, you'll get access to a Discord for all members of the 'Quiet to Confident' program. You can access the chat through the Discord app (Apple/Android) or on desktop.
The goal of the discord is to give you the ability to chat with me as well as your fellow program members! I'd love to hear about your progress through the chat and I'll also be sharing updates and reminders.
Joining the Discord community is not required if you'd prefer not to, but it will be helpful to ensure I can support you as best as I can.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
Refunds can be offered within 48 hours after you purchase. We feel that is sufficient time for you to determine if this is the right course for you. Once the program has begun refunds will not be available.
I still have other questions! Who can I talk to?
Feel free to email info@lindaraynier.com if you have any questions about the program!
